Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced EAL Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering classes focused on English as an Additional Language qualification.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the English language and experience in teaching students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering lessons to students of varying levels of English proficiency
  • Developing and implementing effective learning plans and strategies
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback

Required skills and qualifications:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • TESOL qualifications or experience
  • Minimum 2 years' teaching experience with demonstrated ability to implement best practice in the delivery of nationally recognised training and assessment
