- Cross-Functional Relationships: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Long-Term Support: Offer application-level support and training to customers in laboratory environments.
To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology. A proactive approach, team spirit, and ability to build strong relationships will also drive your success.
