Job Title: Flooring Specialist - Installation and Repair

Main Responsibilities:

  • Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled and calculate the quantity of materials required.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning and levelling them, ensuring they are free from debris and contaminants.
  • Cut, shape and lay tiles using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Repair and replace damaged tiles as needed.
  • Lay and place tiles according to plans, ensuring correct setout and guidelines for a high-quality finish.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high-quality tiling job.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
