Stair Installation Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Stair Installation Specialist to join our team and take on new challenges.

As a Stair Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of staircases, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and with our team to complete projects efficiently and to our company's quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Measure and assess installation sites to ensure accurate fitting of staircases.
- Install staircases, including steps, railings, and banisters, in accordance with design specifications and building codes.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and levels, to complete installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding the installation process.
- Inspect and repair existing staircases as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in stair installation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
