Are you an experienced mechanical engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in providing mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation services for production and packaging equipment within our food manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance on mixers, pumps, conveyors, filling lines, and automated packaging equipment. This includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults using technical manuals and engineering drawings.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Maintenance Technician will assist in the installation, assembly, and commissioning of new equipment. They will also set up and calibrate machinery according to specifications and collaborate with colleagues to improve system performance and safety.

Key skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification, minimum 1 year of experience in a mechanical engineering role, proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals, strong understanding of mechanical systems in manufacturing environments, and competence in preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair techniques.
