Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, developing technical skills through collaboration with our design team or assisting the design manager on large-scale initiatives.
  • Apply your expertise in delivering water and/or wastewater projects in networks or treatment plants to drive strategic development and growth of our team's capabilities.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, including business development and engagement throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop technical solutions in wastewater and water treatment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 8 or more years of relevant experience in water or wastewater projects in networks or treatment plants.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing successful proposals.
  • Design and planning skills in water or wastewater networks or treatment, including producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation for water or wastewater infrastructure.
  • Experience with civil or hydraulic design software is beneficial.
  • Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff.
