Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee the administrative operations of our national training team.

In this leadership role, you will manage a team of seven direct reports and ensure the smooth delivery of training services that drive success and growth.

Key responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, collaborating with the finance team for accurate reporting, and implementing processes to improve overall efficiency. You will also manage proposals, tenders, and oversee training systems while providing ongoing administrative support.

We are seeking a results-driven leader who excels at building strong relationships, promoting high-quality programs, and driving performance to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for training services.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and align financial controls.
  • Manage proposals, tenders, and sales for training services, collaborating with the leadership team.
  • Maintain training systems and workflows, improving compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic leadership to meet business objectives and drive performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Business Administration and/or Accounting
  • Financial management and budgeting experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Leadership experience in administration within a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in business process development and reporting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relationship management (internal and customer)
  • SAP and Dynamics/AX/D365 experience
  • Contract law knowledge
  • Tender management expertise
  • Industry knowledge (mining and construction)
  • Valid Driver's license
