We are seeking an inspirational and experienced educational leader to join our leadership team as a Program Coordinator.
The successful applicant will support student achievement through a positive learning framework and approach, managing and delivering relevant programs and initiatives to enhance learning conditions and positive school culture.
- Lead by example and motivate students, staff, parents, and stakeholders to work collaboratively towards common goals.
- Monitor and report on lower school students in relation to attendance, behaviour, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement, and students at educational risk.
- Provide support to teachers in student wellbeing and work in a collaborative team through strategies such as targeted intervention and student case management.
The role oversees student services activities, interventions, and workflow. A key component includes data analysis and tracking skills to support key initiatives and work streams.
