Job Description

The Innovation Program Development Specialist develops a holistic training strategy for teams and manages the planning, design, and delivery of all learning and development needs.

This role is critical for improving team culture, engaging people, and improving business operations efficiency. It requires strong experience in developing and delivering contemporary learning development, designing engaging and customized end-user learning material, and using a blended learning approach that is holistic across skill, technology, and behavior improvements.

The successful candidate will bring tertiary education in learning and development, psychology, communication, or a related field, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.

Key responsibilities include developing customer-specific training strategies, managing training projects from inception through to evaluation and review, designing and implementing new learning and development products and services, coaching support and training for team members attending traumatic events, and setting up governance frameworks around maintaining user training records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in learning and development, psychology, communication, or a related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
  • More than 8 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably in call centres/customer service centres
