Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to spearhead our customer growth initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in sales, customer relationships, and market intelligence to drive business expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bolster existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Create a consistent pipeline of opportunities through consultative support and strategic partnerships
  • Cultivate the mobile showroom sales process to coach customers' Mobile Showroom Consultants (MSCs)
  • Drive MSC adoption and proficiency in the sales process to enhance conversion rates, premium sales mix, and accessory sales
  • Leverage relationships and market intelligence through networking and industry engagements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets, meet deadlines, and navigate high-level stakeholders with ease
  • Prior experience in sales/business development/account management is preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, conflict resolution, and innovation to drive business growth
