Location: Terrey Hills, NSW, Australia

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a leading provider of services for people with disabilities, and we are currently seeking qualified Disability Support Practitioners to join our team in Terrey Hills and other suburbs within the Northern Beaches.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55 per hour, plus Super and Penalty Rates. Our comprehensive training program includes specialist training opportunities, buddy shifts with experienced staff, and the chance to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.

About the Role:

  • Deliver personalised support in a group home setting, assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication and manual handling
  • Support clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Transport clients using CPA's minivan, if applicable

Requirements:

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
  • Live locally to the locations mentioned above
  • Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
