Job Opportunity:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves supervising and coordinating the activities of a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all green spaces are mowed to a high standard, meeting the expectations of our clients and community.

About the Role:

This position requires a high degree of organizational skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the brushcutting and mowing teams.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure that all green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
  • Assist with other grounds keeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in brushcutting & mowing.
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence.
  • White Card.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results.

Working Conditions:
