Experienced Gardening Team Leader

This role involves leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts from Ipswich to Brisbane.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of gardeners to ensure high-quality maintenance of green spaces
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete service requests as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

We are looking for an experienced gardening team leader who has a keen eye for detail, takes pride in their work, and can effectively manage a team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control, and spraying.

  • Requirements:
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
