Job Title: Green Space Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across the Sunshine Coast.

The successful candidate will lead a team of gardening and brush cutting staff, ensuring high-quality maintenance of lawns and green spaces. They will be responsible for operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining and performing regular inspections on equipment.

In addition, they will complete service requests as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
