Green Space Management Leader

The Mowing Team Lead will oversee and manage mowing operations, leading a dedicated team to maintain and enhance green spaces across commercial and council-controlled open space sites.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, capable of working alongside their team to maintain and enhance green spaces.

  • Participate in mowing and groundskeeping tasks alongside your team.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of operators, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Inspect sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and address any issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain mowing equipment and arrange for repairs as needed.
