Community Engagement Manager

The role of Community Engagement Manager is a key position within our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our brand's voice, activities, and engagement with customers across various social media platforms, product review sites, online communities, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that engages our target audience and fosters a strong online community.
  • Monitor and respond to conversations, identifying critical or cultural moments that are important to our customers and business.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to assess inbound mentions and respond to customer inquiries or issues in real-time.
  • Manage social media calendars, project management workflows, post publishing, and analytics across platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to insert our brand into relevant conversations with speed and authenticity.
  • Develop and source high-impact social content from customers and team members to promote our brand.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, with expertise in building and scaling online communities via a brand or agency.
  • Demonstrable expertise in creating relevant content that aligns with current trends and audience needs.
  • Ability to write and edit clearly and accurately.
  • Experience using social media listening and publishing tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
