We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key part in driving traffic, generating leads, and building community engagement across multiple channels through strategic email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive automated email campaigns in Salesforce for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
  • Manage promotional email marketing campaigns, including planning, creation, and scheduling.
  • Continually optimize automation flows based on performance and user behavior.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to draw actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Salesforce, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional email marketing or digital media experience.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to design and build emails (HTML + visual builder) and collaborate on content and creative.
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis.
  • Great copywriting skills, including compelling subject lines and calls-to-action.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Media, or Journalism.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in the education or eCommerce space.
