As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide direct care and support services to clients in their homes, focusing on their individual needs and promoting independence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be compassionate, and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care and support services to clients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Supporting clients' physical and emotional well-being through social interaction and engaging activities.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Previous experience in care and support roles.
- Working with Children Check (required).
- First Aid Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
