Care and Support Specialist
About the Role:The role of a Care and Support Specialist is to provide emotional support and guidance to parents and caregivers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their child's well-being.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with challenging situations.
A key aspect of this role is providing solutions-oriented support, assisting callers in developing strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
In addition to providing direct support, the Care and Support Specialist will also contribute to the development of resources and programs aimed at promoting positive outcomes for families.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and client progress
