Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working on the Providing Enhanced Access to Health services (PEACH) program, which aims to develop sustainable pathways and technological solutions enhancing access to health services for priority populations.

The target groups include culturally and linguistically diverse children, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples, those in out-of-home care, living with disabilities, or at high risk, and socioeconomically disadvantaged individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management tasks such as monitoring and reporting progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Building capacity and driving cultural change through staff engagement and stakeholder interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a healthcare discipline
  • Experience in project management, change management, and quality improvement
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
