- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient flow and access
- Lead a team to achieve quality and safety goals related to patient flow
- Analyse patterns and trends in data to inform decision-making
The successful candidate will have an extensive understanding of principles, systems, and processes related to patient flow and discharge planning, as well as experience in clinical leadership and managing quality and safety processes.
