About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to support the Director of Indigenous Research Development in shaping the future of our Indigenous Research Strategy.

In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative research and engagement projects that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-level literature and data searches, analyse materials for reports, draft documents, contribute to grant funding applications and develop research matrices.
  • Assist in collaborations between community, the University, and industry consultations.
  • Develop and implement research projects that align with our strategic vision.
Requirements
  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong research background and a proven track record of publications.
  • Demonstrated experience working with First Nation communities and organisations, along with a deep understanding of First Nation cultural knowledges.
