Quantitative Research Fellow

The Opportunity
Monash University is seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to contribute to innovative cancer research by focusing on patient-reported outcomes (PROs). This position involves applying advanced quantitative research methods, such as data analysis and psychometric evaluation, to improve the understanding of how cancer treatments impact patients' quality of life.
Working within a global research network, this position is responsible for overseeing data collection, analysis, interpretation, and the publication of findings that will inform future cancer care. The Research Fellow will ensure high-quality research outputs by actively contributing to the research design, coordination with collaborators, and sharing findings at seminars and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantitative research, particularly in psychometric evaluation and PRO data analysis. A doctoral qualification in a relevant field and proficiency in analytical software such as R or Mplus are essential. The Research Fellow will also contribute to research proposal submissions and publication efforts.
