Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Warranty and Technical Support Specialist.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by investigating and resolving issues with our customers' products.

You'll work closely with our technical and production teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide aftersales service to customers, investigating and resolving product-related issues.
  • Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Generate purchase orders, coordinate site inspections, and liaise between sales, technical, and production departments.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of building plans and manufacturing processes is essential.
  • Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
