About the Role

Bunnings Frame and Truss is seeking a Warranty & Technical Support Team Member to join their highly experienced Hallam Frame & Truss team. With significant investment in F&T operations, excellent training, and development strategies, plus future growth opportunities across the group, now has never been a better time to join this team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide aftersales service to customers purchasing Frame and Truss products.
  • Investigate, organize, and provide best-in-class solutions when issues arise.
  • Understand building plans, manufacturing processes from technical drawings to production, and delivery of F&T products.
  • React quickly to internal and external stakeholders, providing effective solutions with focus on warranty, admin, resolving structural build issues.
  • Work with Microsoft products, Salesforce software, and collaborate with a growing team of 4-6 Warranty & Technical Support Team Members.
