About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our team of leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team through coaching, development and sales mentorship.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage staff performance, experience in residential and commercial lending, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations, and knowledge of retail branch operations.
