  • In this role, you will lead the development of a strategic plan to drive branch growth through leadership, team coaching, and business development.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the community, representing the bank's brand, and participating in events.
  • Prioritizing customer experience and stepping in wherever the branch needs you, you will make a significant impact on the community.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position located in Narrandera. To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have people leadership skills to develop, coach, and manage staff performance, as well as proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending is essential, along with strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
  • A high-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, as well as knowledge of retail branch operations, are also required.
