Job Title: Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to join our team in Exmouth, Western Australia.

As a senior program leader, you will be responsible for the engineering integrity of systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce effective engineering processes
  • Exercise leadership in accordance with defined engineering principles
  • Liaise with departmental leaders and other program staff to ensure seamless system support
  • Manage technical analysis for desired reliability, maintainability, availability, safety, and cost-effectiveness outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • At least eight years of professional engineering experience
  • Expertise in engineering and project-engineering management
  • Proven leadership skills in managing diverse technical disciplines and staff
