About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate events and CPD programs across Australia. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-person, hybrid, and online events, and support member groups and manage interactions with vendors, venues, and training providers to maintain strong relationships and enhance the Resolution Institute's brand and profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end coordination and execution of the training and events program.
  • Manage the CPD program, including coordinating, administering, and promoting in-person and online events.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including members, venues, presenters, vendors, etc.
  • Respond to and process event registrations and member enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion and marketing plans.
  • Represent Resolution Institute at forums, committees, and events.
  • Maintain data on the CRM, conduct reporting, and other administration duties as required.
