Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate events and CPD programs across Australia. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-person, hybrid, and online events, and support member groups and manage interactions with vendors, venues, and training providers to maintain strong relationships and enhance the Resolution Institute's brand and profile.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end coordination and execution of the training and events program.
- Manage the CPD program, including coordinating, administering, and promoting in-person and online events.
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including members, venues, presenters, vendors, etc.
- Respond to and process event registrations and member enquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion and marketing plans.
- Represent Resolution Institute at forums, committees, and events.
- Maintain data on the CRM, conduct reporting, and other administration duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing events.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Creative, innovative, and highly adaptable.
