Our mission is to support individuals with aged care and disability needs, enabling them to live independently.
We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker who will provide exceptional care and assistance, focusing on personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality care services, working closely with our experienced office-based team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current drivers licence, have a registered vehicle, and obtain relevant working with children checks and NDIS worker screening clearance.
Preferred attributes include flexibility, good energy, enthusiasm, passion for supporting people, strong communication skills, adaptability, and understanding of professional boundaries.
