Job Title: Care Partners

We are seeking skilled and empathetic individuals to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship to our clients in the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

  • Deliver exceptional support services to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Utilize an easy-to-use app to access client information and document progress or hazards.
  • Work flexible hours, including afternoon shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend availability.
Key Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support worker role, assistant in nursing, care worker, or similar position.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable).
  • Regular background checks, including Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and a registered vehicle for travel.
