We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team. The Customer Service Officer role is responsible for servicing customer requirements and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process sales orders for customers, both repeat and new orders
- Communicate with production teams and sales teams about expected delivery times
- Manage customer order and delivery protocols
