Gallagher Bassett is Australia and New Zealand's premier third party claims administrator, managing claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organisations. This role provides a unique opportunity to deliver a personalised face-to-face service for individuals who have experienced a workplace injury, providing early intervention and support to injured workers, employers and treating medical practitioners.

  • Facilitating face-to-face visits with injured workers, employers, healthcare professionals and vocational providers to promote early return to work outcomes.
  • Educating stakeholders on the return to work process, legislative requirements and premium impact.
  • Collaborating with vocational providers to achieve return to work and return to life outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience and/or qualifications in allied health fields, rehabilitation counselling or personal injury claims management.
  • Highly developed communication skills to engage and influence at all levels of an organisation.
  • An understanding of injury recovery and psychosocial impacts to individual recovery.
