We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Steak & Oyster Co., a renowned restaurant in Rooty Hill RSL dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine and unparalleled customer service.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our discerning clientele. Your passion for creating delicious cuisine and commitment to excellence will make you an invaluable asset to our kitchen team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to lead by example. You will need to have extensive experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent;
  • Extensive experience in the Grill Section;
  • Able to work under pressure, in a heated environment;
  • Ability to lead the team to ensure quality, standards and cleanliness are met and exceeded;
  • Excellent attitude;
  • Able to cope well under pressure to ensure guests food expectations are exceeded;
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards;
  • Willing to work a range of shifts including lunch and dinner as required;
  • Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays;
  • Full Australian working rights;
