About the Opportunity

At Cleanaway, we're dedicated to transforming waste into resources and renewable energy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving growth in FOGO (Food Organics & Garden Organics) and MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) services.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can secure new business, increase volume, and expand our footprint within local government. You'll engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for market share growth and enhance recovery solutions for communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Targeting: Utilize your network and market research to identify potential clients and develop tailored strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Business Development: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present customized solutions that showcase the value and benefits of our services.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations and demonstrations to secure contracts with favorable terms and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet targets.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Erskine Park NSW or Rooty Hill NSW. As a Waste Management Growth Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, drive sales growth, and contribute to making a sustainable future possible.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A solid background in B2B sales within environmental services or waste management, preferably with experience in targeting local government entities.
  • Skills: Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
