We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our Steakhouse team at Rooty Hill RSL.

In this role, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, creating delicious cuisine that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring impeccable presentation and taste. You will work closely with our head chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.

You will also be expected to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and communication skills, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in the Grill Section
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
