Position Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our healthcare team on a permanent part-time basis.

  • This role involves providing high-quality social work services across inpatient and ED settings, supporting patients and their families with complex discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, advocacy, counseling, and referrals to community services.
