Professional Social Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate social worker to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This role provides professional social work services across inpatient and ED settings, supporting patients and their families with complex discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, advocacy, counselling, and referrals to community services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred social work services, engaging respectfully with patients, families, and staff, and supporting complex discharge processes.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent, eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW), and a commitment to professional growth, ethical practice, and upholding NSW Health values.
