About the Role

We are seeking an Expert Fresh Food Operations Leader to join our team in a full-time salaried role. This position will involve leading teams across Deli, Meat & Seafood departments to ensure exceptional store standards in Food Safety, Safety, and Merchandising Standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Fresh departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams to achieve exceptional store standards in Food Safety, Safety, and Merchandising Standards;
  • Counseling and developing large teams to deliver outstanding results;
  • Ensuring daily operational routines are completed;
  • Maintaining quality/fresh products for our customers.

About You...

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven ability to listen and learn, with genuine care for both team and customers;
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team;
  • Previous experience in food safety operations;
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the drive to coach and develop large teams.
