About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will lead by example, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Cost Management: Analyze and optimize labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer retention, and expand market share.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop talented individuals to become future leaders within the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role, preferably in an Italian restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, cost reduction, and team development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
