Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Fratelli Fresh Miranda. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, leading high-performing teams, and driving sales growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellent customer service and high-quality food.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role, with a strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and productivity improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless delivery of food and service to our customers.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, including marketing, HR, and finance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or junior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A strong understanding of profit measures, cost management, and productivity improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
