
Sydney Residential Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate professional to join our team. As an off-the-plan property sales specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties to prospective buyers.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, virtual tours, and presentations to showcase features and benefits. You will also provide expert advice on property investments and market trends to clients.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be required to maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities. You will also assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
Key Requirements- National Real Estate license holder (Class 2 agent or higher)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential project sales
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business, marketing)
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney real estate market and property development trends
- Unlimited commission structure and excellent earning potential
