We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for managing store operations, procurement, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts sales
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock takes, cycle counts, and reporting
- Forecast demand and develop strategies to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within allocated budgets
- Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes to meet customer needs
- Lead and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
