As part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to support our last-mile delivery operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence by managing the procurement of non-inventory goods and services across our AMZL network.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including planning, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor performance. Your leadership and analytical capabilities will help identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance the reliability and efficiency of procurement activities across multiple delivery stations.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for non-inventory goods and services required by the AMZL network, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationship management.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency, producing regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, and AMZL leadership to understand and achieve budgetary targets and operational objectives.
- Foster strong, strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards, secure the best terms, and innovate procurement solutions.
- Act as a primary contact for resolving any procurement-related issues, including discrepancies in inventory, delivery challenges, and payment to suppliers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in similar role
- 1+ year's experience using MS-office, particularly excel and analytic platform, including but not limited to the ability to analyse data using pivot & V-lookups
- Experience understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver saving, inventory reduction, or other benefits to the site

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Supply Chain Management Certifications
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
