Job Title: Inventory Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting accurate stocktakes to ensure inventory levels are up-to-date
  • Managing supplier communications and tracking orders
  • Planning and executing purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of supplier information and order details

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
  • Intermediate Excel skills and basic mathematical ability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers
