Job Title: International Banking Expert

 

Job Overview:

The role of an international banking expert involves global responsibility for the onboarding of commercial banking clients, assisting them in expanding into new markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement standard products and account opening requests in Asia Pacific, supporting senior onboarding specialists and operations teams.

- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences.

- Provide support for informational inquiries related to onboarding and product implementation.

- Collaborate with senior team members on client proposals, project charters, and cross-regional onboarding requests.

 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant business experience in payments and treasury services, including client-facing and/or business support roles.

- Bachelor's Degree.

- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Asian foreign language skills (written and spoken).
