Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Banking Expert. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance their banking experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert financial advice and guidance to customers, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial health checks to assess customers' needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Educating customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they have the necessary skills to manage their finances effectively.
  • Resolving complex customer issues through effective problem-solving and negotiation.
