Treasury Risk Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake daily, monthly, and quarterly monitoring and reporting requirements covering treasury-related risk, including counterparty credit, interest rate, and liquidity risk.
- Contribute to the Finance Team of the CFO group at Great Southern Bank, a high-performing team focused on results, accountability, and forward-thinking.
About You
- Hold an undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Possess a professional accounting designation or be planning to obtain one.
- Have at least two years of experience in Treasury, financial, or regulatory reporting roles within an Authorized Deposit Institution (ADI).
- Have previous experience in identifying and measuring financial risk exposures.
- Familiarity with Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) systems to produce risk reporting.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems, such as Visual Risk/GTreasury.
- Understanding of financial products and treasury instruments utilized by an ADI.
- Proven ability to perform reporting using spreadsheets, including the ability to use moderate to advanced formulae and macros/VBA.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and skilled at identifying and communicating key information.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and propose solutions and contribute to ongoing bank-wide projects.
- Capable of self-managing multiple priorities.
- An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to confidently present to senior leaders and executives.
