This position offers a competitive salary package including a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation. In addition to your remuneration, you will also enjoy a range of benefits including career progression opportunities, training and mentoring, gym membership discounts, restaurant and retail discounts, and bonus incentives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end weekly payroll process for approximately 3,000 employees using iChris. This includes managing the payroll inbox, handling and addressing payroll inquiries from employees, calculating and processing payments for terminations and redundancies, managing salary sacrifices and child support deductions, processing contract changes, masterfile updates, payroll adjustments, and leave. Additionally, the candidate will be required to calculate Super, Redundancy/Terminations, Tax, PAYG, and interpret multiple Awards & EBAs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have end-to-end payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret Awards & EBAs.
