Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

This role is responsible for driving the growth of digital solutions in a prioritized portfolio of accounts. As a member of our dynamic team, you will create, shape and respond to new challenges within the Banking & Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with clients and assist them in thinking through challenging business opportunities using digital technologies to craft transformational value propositions.
  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities in Application Management, Application Development, Modernization, Quality Assurance, Data, AI, Cyber, etc.
  • Provide domain and digital solution expertise and support to internal teams, including participation in RFI, RFP, proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Genpact teams to assess and scope new opportunities (Analytics, Data, Experience, Digital delivery, etc.).
  • Expand Genpact's positioning in the market by helping develop new offerings and thought leadership marketing.
  • Own delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for proposed client solutions and work closely with Genpact and client legal teams on commercial agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Leaders with deep domain and proven knowledge and experience in Technology and Data/AI sales.
  • Industry experience and relationships in Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets firms.
  • Experience and comfort carrying a sales, booking, and margin target.
  • Leaders who are passionate about tackling a role that will have a multiplier effect in creating a highly differentiated and scalable transformation services business for Genpact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in one or more specific industry verticals of banking & financial services.
  • Experience in driving front, middle, back-office transformation in Banking.
  • Experienced in applying groundbreaking technologies to solving business problems and transformation service solutions.
  • Relevant vertical/proven experience with understanding of business dynamics – especially those based on a foundation of Tech, Data, and digital disruption.
